Job Description:

Following our recent rebrand, we’re gearing up for exciting projects that will shape the future of our brand. As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll work across the full marketing and communications mix—owning key initiatives, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and customer-focused.

  • Creative ownership: We encourage innovation and fresh thinking—your ideas will be heard and valued.
  • Ownership & impact: Lead major projects like our Salesforce CRM migration and our loyalty platform communications strategy.

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Proven experience in a broad marketing or communications role.
  • Strong campaign planning and execution skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and customer engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of PR principles and media relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for persuasive, brand-aligned messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data and dashboards.
  • Solid project management and organisational abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and ESPs.
  • Resilience and proactivity in navigating a corporate environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Our preferred requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
