Location: Bellshill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £16.88 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our Scheduling Team in Bellshill. This role involves ensuring the efficient scheduling, tracking, and completion of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, in line with contractual KPIs.
The successful candidate will liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, and Sub-contractors, maintaining CAFM systems such as SAP, Coupa, or Planon. This position suits someone who thrives on structure, can reprioritise tasks confidently, and make analytical decisions under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule PPM works according to contractual KPIs using approved tools and systems.
- Coordinate with Contract Managers and Schedulers to align subcontractor tasks with timelines.
- Utilise CAFM systems to log, assign, and track job statuses.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely invoicing and updates.
- Serve as the primary contact for scheduling queries from engineers and subcontractors.
- Analyze maintenance performance to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Maintain compliance documentation accurately and promptly.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with CAFM systems (SAP, Coupa, Planon) preferred.
- Strong IT skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Experience in purchasing and supplier management.
- Industry knowledge of M&E is a plus but not essential.
- Customer-focused with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Decisive with analytical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and effective time management.
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
- Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude.
