What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering an outstanding, personalised service to clients, ensuring their needs are at the heart of everything you do
  • Driving AUM and revenue growth through trusted, long-term relationships
  • Managing the full client review process with care, organisation, and consistency
  • Working closely with the internal support team to ensure a seamless client journey
  • Applying Consumer Duty principles in all advice and interactions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and holistic planning approaches
  • Operating in full compliance with FCA regulations and embedding best practice in your work
  • Participating fully in the firm’s T&C framework for your ongoing professional development
