Football Coaches at the University of Oxford Football Club (OUAFC)

Part-time / Seasonal | Start: Michaelmas Term 2025
OUAFC is seeking passionate, committed, and knowledgeable coaches to join our team ahead of the upcoming season. With multiple men’s and women’s squads competing at the highest level of BUCS and in the historic Varsity matches against Cambridge, OUAFC offers a unique and rewarding coaching environment at one of the world’s leading universities.
Available Roles
We are currently hiring for several coaching positions across ourMen’s and Women’s squads, including:
Salary varies by position.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured training sessions (2–3 times per week) focused on development, fitness, and tactical awareness
- Coach matchdays (primarily Wednesday BUCS fixtures; occasional variation for non-BUCS games)
- Collaborate with student captains, club committees, and the Performance Sport team
- Promote an inclusive, disciplined, and performance-focused team environment
- Attend key fixtures, including theVarsity Match at a professional stadium
Ideal Candidates
- UEFA coaching qualifications
- Experience coaching at university, semi-professional, or elite youth levels
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Passion for player development and student sport
