An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen within the Medical Equipment Training and Equipment Library department at King’s College Hospital.
This role is suitable for someone with experience in medical equipment library services and medical equipment workshop services.
The main responsibilities include managing the customer-facing front desk of the Medical Equipment Library (MEL) and supporting various roles within the department.
Main duties of the job
The Medical Equipment Management Service (MEMS) provides services such as maintenance of medical electronic devices, training clinical staff on medical equipment, and managing the Equipment Library for loan services.
MEMS operates across two sites: the main hospital site, which houses the Equipment Library and training facilities, and the Faraday Building, which contains electronic and mechanical workshops.
