We are looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to join one of our very successful MedComms studio teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in high paced and creative environments. The successful candidate will have experience in an agency environment liaising between client service and creative teams to manage the delivery of creative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the scheduling and flow of projects through the studio, ensuring all deadlines are met and identify bottlenecks in the process and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency
- Oversee freelance support and coordinate appropriately
- Assign team members to projects based on skills and availability for optimal productivity
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for upper management
- Ensure that all projects meet the studioβs standards and client expectations before delivery
- Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring that costs are tracked and controlled
Working arrangement
- Two days in a central London office is a MUST and non-negotiable β three days in the office would be even better
