What we\’re looking for:
We’re looking for a passionate Store Manager with a love for fashion to join our team!
Your main goals as a Store Manager will be to lead the team, manage stock, and create a memorable experience for our customers by sharing your enthusiasm for the brand and helping them find what they’re looking for with a friendly and helpful attitude. You’ll also be responsible for achieving store targets and, last but not least, keeping the store well-organized and fully stocked with the necessary products.
Our dream is for every customer to feel and connect with our brand identity so strongly that they want to return again and again. We need you to make that happen!
Role Responsabilities:
- Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by paying attention to detail and delivering top-quality service that reflects our brand values.
- Sales: Achieve store sales goals and KPIs by effectively communicating the brand’s unique value to customers.
- Store Operations: Work as part of a team to carry out inventories, manage stock, handle the cash register, generate daily reports, and ensure smooth store operations.
- Store Image: Keep the store clean and well-organized, follow visual standards, and ensure it’s always stocked with the right products to deliver high-quality service.
