Job Description

Right at Home Solent is a quality home-care provider in the local community. We cover Southampton, Fareham and surrounding areas, and our aim is to support vulnerable adults, older people and their families. Some of our services include, Personal Care Support, Dementia Care, Hospital to Home, Companionship, Outings, and much more.

We're seeking friendly, reliable, and ambitious individuals to support our clients in living with dignity and independence in their own homes.

What We Offer: Minimum 1-hour visits : Enjoy quality, one-on-one time with your clients without the rush. Competitive pay : Earn £15.91 per hour (including holiday pay). Comprehensive training : Receive full support and training to excel in your role.

24/7 on-call support : We're always here to assist you. Office events : Participate in regular office events to relax and have fun. Career progression : Explore real opportunities for advancing your career.

Responsibilities: Motivating clients : Help clients make the most of their day. Personal care : Assist with washing and dressing as needed. Medication administration : Ensure clients take their medication correctly.

Reside within our service area (Southampton, Fareham, Gosport, New Forest, and surrounding areas). We cannot consider out of country/out of county candidates. Availability for early mornings and late evenings.
