This position is for a Disrepair Specialist to join the Damp & Disrepair team within a well known Northern Housing Association. Client Details The organisation is a not-for-profit entity based in the North West, with a focus around delivering social housing solutions for the community. Description Identifying and assessing damp and disrepair issues in properties. Planning and executing repair and remediation works. Coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects. Ensuring all works comply with health and safety regulations. Producing detailed reports on completed works.
