The core focus of this role is overseeing the validation of internal models across both the Lloyd’s and company markets. While most of the validation work is outsourced, you’ll be responsible for managing the validation plan, coordinating governance, and leading presentations and discussions with the external validator.

You\’ll also provide oversight across a wider range of models — including pricing, reserving, and emerging AI-based applications — ensuring strong governance and risk frameworks are in place throughout.
