Southern Water are going through an immense digital transformation programme and require skilled and talented people to join our supportive and collaborative teams to deliver these transformation initiatives.
As Reporting & Data Automation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation meets its statutory and regulatory obligations to Ofwat, the Environment Agency, and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading a team in delivering accurate, timely, and transparent regulatory submissions, while driving innovation through the automation of data and reporting processes. You will also contribute to the digital transformation of regulatory functions, ensuring data integrity, governance, and alignment with the UK water sector’s evolving regulatory landscape
Responsibilities include:
Regulatory Reporting (50%)
Automation & Data Management (30%)
Governance & Controls (10%)
Team Leadership (10%)
Compliance:Ensure 100% compliance with Ofwat, Environment Agency, and DWI (Drinking Water Inspectorate) reporting requirements.
Accuracy:Deliver high-quality, error-free reports supported by validated data.
Timeliness:Meet all regulatory deadlines without exception.
Efficiency:Drive measurable improvements in reporting processes through automation.
Collaboration:Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external regulators.
