Pay and hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexibility, and will schedule your shifts within the advertised availability windows, providing 3 weeks\’ notice.
