Job Description:

We are seeking a Privacy and Compliance Analyst to join our team. The Privacy and Compliance Analyst will support firm-wide projects related to data protection, privacy laws, compliance, client and third-party risk assessments, and research evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the firm\’s data protection initiatives and processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments, including client risk, data protection impact, and AI assessments.
  • Investigate, inquire, and remediate issues.
  • Support privacy initiatives like privacy by design, data minimization, and access controls.
  • Develop corrective action plans.
  • Audit and monitor processes involving personal information.
  • Address internal audit findings and ensure compliance.
  • Create and maintain procedural documentation.
  • Participate in data protection strategies and privacy/security controls.
  • Serve as a privacy resource for cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with privacy and compliance program functions.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of data protection principles.
  • GRC experience.
  • Understanding of AI Privacy.
  • Law firm experience.
  • Certifications such as CCEP, CIPP, CIPM preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Moderate to advanced keyboard use.
