About the Role:

As an Alternative Provision Learning Coach, your primary role will be to support learners across various groups, including but not limited to those on the 14-19 provision, fostering their academic, personal, and social development. You will assist during both structured sessions and unstructured times, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for engagement and growth.

Further Information:

Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.

Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.

It is recognized that duties and responsibilities of all posts may change from time to time and job descriptions may be amended in consultation with the post holder to reflect those changes which are commensurate with the role.
