Job Description:
As the UKβs largest choice of properties for sale and to rent, our aim is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. To help us achieve this, weβre looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our team.
Location: Remote, covering West London
Reporting to: Area Director
The Role
We seek individuals with experience in both new business development and account management, primarily targeting and acquiring commercial agents in a designated area to advertise their properties on Rightmove. You will also manage and grow existing and new customer accounts to meet business goals related to advertising and product saturation, through face-to-face activity. You should be driven to overachieve KPIs and eager for personal and professional development in a new business sector at Rightmove.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales revenue targets and activity levels
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Delivering first-class account management and upselling products
- Ensuring clients understand Rightmove products and pricing, providing value-added solutions
- Interpreting data for clients to enhance their understanding of their business and the market
- Coordinating with internal support functions for billing and administration
- Collaborating with team members to maximize opportunities
- Attending monthly meetings
- Managing relationships with external parties and resolving customer queries
- Representing Rightmove values positively and supporting team development
