We are transforming train travel, empowering our team of over 6,000 diverse colleagues to provide a great experience for our customers. Our goal is to revalue rail as a relaxing, fast, efficient, friendly, and fun way to travel.

We are recruiting for a Talent Pool for Qualified Train Drivers enthusiastic about delivering a different kind of rail service, with first-class rewards and modernized fleet.

As a Qualified Driver in the West Region, you would drive through some of the UK\’s most scenic areas in the South West of England.

We aim to set new standards for rail travel, focusing on creating a relaxing, fast, efficient, and friendly travel experience.

This role requires working various shifts and living within an hour\’s travel of the depot.

About the location

The West Region includes depots in Exeter St David\’s, Plymouth, Penzance, and Par. You can specify your preferred locations when applying.

Additional Information

Salary: £62,195 for the first 12 months as a new entrant qualified driver, rising to £69,105.
