Roku is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will act as an operational partner to the Talent Acquisition Teams to secure and welcome in the best and brightest talent. This role will coordinate communications, perform interview logistics, and oversee candidate paperwork and compliance related tasks. This role creates the optimal candidate experience across Roku, not just their individual requisitions. The ideal candidate possesses attention to detail, and proactive communication skills to respond to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. They possess expertise in systems thinking to determine root cause, solve problems quickly, and bring forward solutions to partners across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Compliance. What you\βll be doing Establish strong working relationships with our internal partners and trust among their fellow Recruiting Coordination and People Shared Services teams Thoughtfully prepare candidates, and if applicable ensure a positive onsite experience Schedule and communicate interview details As needed, coordinate candidate travel, logistics, and reimbursement Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling and ensuring data accuracy and timeliness with candidate paperwork Act as the bridge between the candidate experience and the new hire on-boarding experience by ensuring accurate and timely data for the on-boarding process, and resolving any candidate or recruiter questions Provide timely feedback to internal partners and assist with Talent Acquisition Ops projects and initiatives We\βre excited if you have 2 to 3 years of staffing related experience Strong understanding of administrative operations in staffing or human resources Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be highly proficient calendaring in Outlook Must have experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse or Workday preferred Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow direction Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is an absolute must Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, candidates, vendors, contractors, and management in a professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment BA/BS degree or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
