About the role:
As a Care Team Leader at Runwood Homes, you\’ll be committed to professionalism, kindness, and compassion. Your role involves planning and delivering high-quality care that ensures residents feel safe, respected, and independent.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining high care standards, keeping accurate records, and communicating effectively with colleagues.
Additionally, you will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, providing physical, social, and emotional care to residents, managing medication, and conducting medication audits.

About you:
