The Opportunity
We\’re recruiting for a senior-level Interim People Leader to join a well-regarded organisation at a time of strategic change. With a new CEO in post and transformation underway, this role will be pivotal in supporting the People function to realign, strengthen, and prepare for the future.
You\’ll play a key role in:
- Stabilising the People team and improving operational delivery
- Reviewing and refreshing HR policies, processes, and systems
- Building a stronger strategy for employee engagement and development
- Supporting organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
- Enhancing culture, inclusion, and leadership capability
- Acting as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leaders
This role requires a senior People leader who is confident operating in change-driven environments, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Significant HR leadership experience at Director
- Skilled in supporting HR teams through transition and growth
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law, compliance, and employee relations
- Experience working with volunteers and/or multi-site operations
- Strong background in people transformation and change management
- Clear communicator with high emotional intelligence and coaching skills
