Your new company
Our client is a global insurance law firm who are currently recruiting a Property Damage Solicitor. This is a remote-working role where you can expect a full and interesting caseload, working with a number of large insurer clients. A competitive salary of up to £50,000 + bonus is available.
Your new role
This Property Damage Solicitor role will see you responsible for your own varied caseload of subrogated recoveries, defendant public liability property damage claims and policy coverage. Subrogated recovery claims will often be in excess of £250,000. Policy coverage will cover both advisory work and disputes. Claims will arise from fires, floods, storms, escape of water and oil, explosions and impact damage. You will be expected to build strong relationships with insurer clients.
What you’ll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor, lawyer or barrister with a minimum of 6 months relevant property damage experience within the insurance sector.
