The Property Acquisition Lead can be based anywhere in United Kingdom and must be willing to undertake frequent travel across the country to meet with prospective clients. Group Retreats have their offices in Ipswich where ocassional team meetings will take place.

We\’re looking for a highly driven, commercially minded Property Acquisition Lead for the expansion of their agency model, sourcing and securing prestigious properties across the UK.

Role

The Property Acquistion Lead will be responsible for sourcing and securing new agency-managed properties that align with portfolio standards. You will spearhead the property acquisition lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching, to signing owners before handing over to Group Retreats\’ onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-quality property owners and trusts across the UK
  • Pitch the agency proposition with clarity and confidence
  • Conduct virtual or in-person property reviews and initial revenue assessments
  • Negotiate and secure long-term agency agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live

Ideal Experience

  • Experience as a Property Acquisition Lead within the UK\’s high-end real estate market – outside of London
  • Luxury estate agency or lettings (especially large or high-end homes)
  • Boutique holiday lettings agencies or serviced accommodation operators
  • Business development for luxury hospitality brands
  • Airbnb portfolio or short-term rental management

Compensation Structure
