- Admin Assistant (Payroll)
- Permanent – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are now seeking a proactive Admin Assistant to join our busy Payroll & Benefits Team. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys assisting with processing payroll, compliance and analysis.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting with payroll processing for over 1000 colleagues ensuring full compliance and accuracy
- Ensuring correct and well thought out decisions are being made where necessary
- Involvement in reporting and analysis including National Living Wage
- Recording of absence and associated calculations including statutory payments and Bradford Factor (holidays, sickness, maternity, paternity)
- Timesheet calculations
- Attachment of earnings
- Assisting in reviewing payroll emails and carrying out actions as necessary
- Administration of employee benefits ie pensions
- Be a trusted point of contact and a go-to for payroll queries for your colleagues across the business and internal/external stakeholders
- General ad hoc duties to support the Payroll & Benefits department.
