As a Service and Customer Advisor, youll be playing a vital role in delivering a smooth and positive experience for every customer throughout their repair journey and offer friendly, knowledgeable support while ensuring all processes run efficiently behind the scenes.

Salary: £28,000 – £30,500
Hours: 45 hours per week

This Service and Customer Advisor will have the following responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly in person, over the phone, or online and keep customers updated on the service progress.
  • Advise customers on additional services or repairs based on vehicle inspections and promote ongoing service offers and maintenance plans to increase value and revenue.
  • Schedule service and repair appointments, optimizing workshop availability.
  • Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and explain service invoices and process customer payments accurately.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle insurance excess payments, ensuring transactions are processed correctly.

The ideal candidate for this role would have the skillset below:

  • Previous experience working within a vehicle dealership would be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
  • IT Proficiency with inputting data and Microsoft applications.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is advantageous.
