Great opportunity to work as a Hygiene Operative for our client, which makes and distributes sandwiches to major retailers across the UK.

Staffline is recruiting Hygiene Operatives in Worksop.

The rate of pay is:
– Week 1 – 13 weeks £12.80 per hour
– 13 weeks + £13.60 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Hygiene Operative you will be responsible for:

– Cleaning factory machines and fabrication
– Stripping and rebuilding all machinery in the factory
– Maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure site health and safety and food safety policies are followed
– Ensure cleaning procedures are followed at all times
– Report as necessary any faults or damage to any pieces/parts of machinery
– The ability to work on your own initiative to problem solve and prioritise work effectively under pressure
– Handling chemicals, including decanting chemicals
– It is a requirement that you are physically fit and flexible due to the handling of heavy machinery
– Must be a team player and have some flexibility with regard to shift working times

Our perfect worker will have the ability to work on their own initiative to problem solve and prioritise work effectively under pressure. You must be a good team player and have some flexibility with regard to shift working times.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
