We’re excited to be looking for a Merchandising Administration Assistants to join our Monsoon Merchandising team. We are looking for individuals with analytical minds and have an interest in Fashion and Retail. You will be joining a team of merchandisers and buyers that will allow you to learn the essential logical and commercial skills needed to become a future Merchandiser.
Please note that success in this role requires a flair for numbers and part of the interview process is a maths test. If you believe yourself to have strength in this area and you like analysing data and producing accurate reports, please do apply.
What will you do as a Merchandising Administration Assistant?

Allocating stock to our Accessorize stores worldwide, Concession partners and Digital channels.

Tracking deliveries of all products and amending Purchase Orders with any changes

Liaising with our Suppliers and Supply Chain teams for effective and on time deliveries

Creating reports and analysing sales to assist the buying and merchandising team with building future fashionable ranges

Presenting analysis and bestsellers to Merchandisers and Buyers

Updating the Wssi to assist the merchandiser with the department season forecast

Working closely with the Merchandising team, as well as liaising with other relevant teams to your role – digital, concessions and channel merchandising.

Visiting our stores across the UK regularly and creating competitor analysis
