As our clients\’ needs grow, we are expanding our teams to continue delivering expert solutions to varied challenges. We are seeking Senior Wastewater Modellers to join our offices in Brighton, London, Cambridge, Ashford, Kings Hill, Southampton & High Wycombe.
You will join our established, national team working on projects focused on catchment growth, flood risk reduction, and water quality improvement. Our work emphasizes urban drainage knowledge within the wider water cycle and urban landscape, with a focus on environmental commitments, sustainability, and community impact.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative digital solutions and smart applications within urban drainage modelling, working on multidisciplinary projects that benefit communities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical leadership for wastewater modelling projects.
- Developing and delivering innovative solutions in Stormwater Overflows, Water Quality Management, Developer Assessments, Flood Investigations, and more.
- Collaborating with specialist teams to develop new tools and procedures in Wastewater Modelling.
- Planning and coordinating project delivery, including preparing cost estimates.
- Line managing junior team members, providing mentorship and supervision of technical outputs.

About You
You should have a degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a relevant field and be a member of an industry body such as ICE or CIWEM. Experience leading urban drainage projects and technical expertise in activities like InfoWorks ICM are essential.
Leadership experience, staff development skills, and the ability to integrate well into teams are also important. Most importantly, embodying our values of client focus and service excellence is key.
