A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am 35 years, non-binary and currently living in the Barry area, but I am looking to relocate to Cardiff (Canton). I enjoy photography, nature, food and coffee. I have been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, ME and asthma. I like to remain as independent as possible and find it easier to follow routines and specific ways of doing things. Sometimes I can get fixated on details, become overwhelmed and lose track of time. I am looking for a personal assistant to support me in the community and in my home, I find it difficult to read non-verbal cues, so I will need someone who is clear, direct and open with their communication. I do struggle with new people and can become very anxious at first.

£12.50 per hour
TASKS INVOLVED
• Helping around the house.
• Changing beds, general chores.
• Support with admin and correspondence.
• Driving my car when I am unable to.
• Helping to pack for my relocation.
• Support attending appointments.
• Assistance with transferring the mobility scooter in and out the car.
• Help/prompting to focus on getting meals.
