Our exciting and innovative client are rapidly expanding and seeking an additional part time Administrator to support their Account Management team. This role is a temporary ongoing position with the possibility of becoming a permanent team member, based on the ongoing needs of the business. The role will focus on data entry of sales orders and invoices, but may require other adhoc admin tasks to be completed to aid the wider team.
This role would suit someone with a background in data entry, administration or sales order processing, and has a fantastic eye for detail. You will be required to work autonomously, so self-motivation and a responsible work ethic is essential. This role will change from week to week depending on the needs of the wider team, so you will need to be adaptable and accommodating, helping to support your colleagues and achieve the overall aim of the business; to offer a smooth and efficient service to all clients.
