Join a leading entertainment company’s Production HR team as an Administrative Assistant and become an integral part of their success across the EMEA region. You will be a vital force in streamlining operations, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across diverse teams.
This 4 month contract role offers a unique opportunity to blend your administrative expertise with a passion for the entertainment industry. The role is hybrid in the London office and pays £25-£30p/h PAYE.
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the Production HR team running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for various stakeholders, expertly managing their requests and ensuring efficient communication flow. Your organizational prowess will shine as you coordinate training programs for production teams across EMEA, handling scheduling, logistics, and communications with finesse. In addition, you’ll provide comprehensive diary management for the Production HR leader, optimizing their schedule and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings. Finally, your creative touch will elevate presentations and documents, ensuring they effectively communicate key messages.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the central point of contact, efficiently managing incoming requests from internal departments, external partners, and production teams.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions for production leadership, talent, and crew across EMEA, managing scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Provide comprehensive diary management for the Production HR leader, ensuring an optimized schedule and well-coordinated meetings.
- Create and refine presentations, documents, and other resources, ensuring they are professional, impactful, and clearly communicate key messages.
Must-Haves:
- Significant administrative experience, ideally within a dynamic HR department or within the film/TV production industry with a demonstrated interest in HR.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to continually improving practices and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Airtable, and a willingness to learn other internal tools.
