Description

The role of Marketing Advisor in Willis is to support the company\’s growth and revenue goals and to protect and promote a consistent global brand.This role sits within Risk and Broking, which offers a broad range of risk advisory services. In this position you will be responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of marketing activities across Willis Natural Resources, which means working with both business teams and marketing colleagues worldwide. Whilst the role is based in London, WTW’s workstyle is flexible, to accommodate a blend of working from home and office attendance. We are a small, but dynamic team with a global remit. You will be joining a fast-paced environment, where no day is the same which will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with multiple stakeholders across the globe. Bring with you a desire to grow and we’ll provide you with the support and opportunities to make it happen. The role is London based and requires a minimum of 3 days in office.

Marketing Delivery:

Support the Marketing Director in executing the global marketing plan within agreed timelines and budgets. Coordinate with regional and global marketing teams, including Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Communications, Design, PR, Digital, and Research/Analytics, to deliver campaigns and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Podcast Management: Oversee global podcast series, including content planning, recording, editing, uploading, and promotion.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing digital and in-person client events, liaising with CoE Event and Communication teams for brand alignment and promotion.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Analyze digital data to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Mailing Activities: Manage marketing mailing activities using digital tools.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide proactive support and advice to stakeholders during project execution.

Relationships:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment in marketing activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key individuals within the Specialty/Campaign to understand their business needs.

Business Awareness:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products, services, and solutions offered by the Line of Business/Campaign.
  • Recognize the importance of global connectivity for business growth and collaboration with industry initiatives.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Offer assistance and accept help from colleagues to accomplish marketing activities and priorities.
  • Operate within company policies and core values, demonstrating a consistent and corporate approach.

Qualifications

The Requirements:

  • Experience within professional or financial services or a B2B environment (ideally consultancy/insurance environment) is essential
  • Relevant marketing experience is essential
  • Social media experience helpful
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and quick learner with new tools, systems and processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritise work effectively
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, whilst recognising when to escalate issues or ask for help when required
  • Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
  • Ability to work across geographies
