£20,000 (OTE based on full time is £50k – Lowest earner £50k / Highest £92k)

Are you a driven individual with a knack for understanding legal concepts? Our client, a well-respected company in the Swindon area, is on the lookout for a Permanent Legal Consultant to join their team! This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and support, as you’ll be meeting clients in their homes or via virtual consultations to help them with their Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents. With a full training program provided, you’ll be well-equipped to step into this rewarding position where your skills in communication and attention to detail will shine.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Travel to clients\’ homes or conduct appointments via Telephone/Zoom for secure, pre-booked consultations.
  • Take instructions for Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents.
  • Upsell additional services when appropriate.
  • Conduct an average of 2.5 appointments per day, mainly in the afternoons and evenings.
  • Manage time efficiently between appointments, with a usual travel time of 0.5 hours.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure a high level of communication with clients.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Experience in General Administration is preferred.
  • Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A genuine target-driven mindset with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures effectively.
  • Neat handwriting and basic IT skills are necessary.
  • Access to reliable home WIFI and space for virtual appointments.

What’s in It for You?

  • Basic salary of £20K per annum with commission based on performance – OTE of £50K+.
  • Fixed non-commissionable salary of £25K for the first 2 months as you build your commission pot.
  • Generous incentive schemes, including £100.00 for each appointment you cultivate.
  • 28 days paid holiday (20 days + 8 Bank Holidays).
  • Mileage allowance at 40p per mile.
