The Mission
This isn t your typical H&S gig. We re talking about a role that spansEurope, the Middle East and Africa, from high-energy events to cutting-edge operations. You ll be right in the action advising, auditing, travelling, influencing and playing a critical role in protecting our Monster family and culture.
What You ll Do
- Be the go-to expert on H&S across multiple countries and operations.
- Own audits, risk assessments, inductions, incident investigations, and training.
- Help design, implement and continuously evolve our EMEA-wide safety systems.
- Drive behavioural change and embed a culture of safety across the region.
- Mentor and support our growing network of H&S coordinators and champions.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain gold-standard compliance.
- Travel across EMEA (yes, you ll need a passport and a sense of adventure!).
What You ll Bring
- NEBOSH General Certificate or similar Level 3 H&S qualification.
- Solid experience in an international or multi-site safety role.
- Confident, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a high-energy environment.
