We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Production Operative in Pontypool, NP4 0JJ Your pay rate as a full time Production Operative: Day shift: £12.42 Night shift: £13.04Typical working hours as a full time Production Operative: You will be working a 12 hour shift which includes one of the following: Day shift: you will be working from 5am to 5pm on a 4 on, 4 off rota Night shift: you will be working from Monday to Thursday, 7pm to 5am or 9pm to 7am Your role as a Production Operative: Producing high-quality bread, muffins, rolls as a part of the team on a production line Supporting the shift leaders to achieve targets Keeping your work area hygienic Potentially standing on your feet for up to 12 hours depending on which shift you do The environment is very hot to work, the work is manual and require some heavy liftingWhat are we looking for in a Production Operative: Reliable with the ability to show initiative Flexible and adaptable to work across departments Great communication skills Must be able to work full time for a long term basis Must live in the local area (Cwmbran/Pontypool)What benefits are available as a Production Operative: Weekly pay on Fridays Full training is provided to become a Production Operator – no experience is necessary Term to perm opportunity for the right candidate!
