Customer Care Coordinator – Midlands Rural Housing Location: Office based at Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire 35 hours per week – Working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch each day. Salary: £23,441 – £ 26,045 per annum We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our small team and help us continue to make a positive difference to our customers and communities. You\’ll be one of three Coordinators, working as part of a busy team, where no two days are the same. Our Customer Care Coordinators play a key role in the organisation. They\’re the first point of contact for our customers – providing outstanding support, responding to and resolving queries, and accurately recording information.
