We are seeking a Leader of Special Educational Needs (SEN) for our client which will be a hybrid role working Monday to Friday across a 37 hour working week. You will already have worked in a similar role or it could be career progression following previous successful strategic leadership and operational management in a SEN education setting. Key responsbilities include: Strategic Leadership Operational management Representation at meetings Staff development Working across various organisations and departments Key skills: Excellent communication both verbal and written Extensive, knowledge and understanding of Special Education Needs in Education Complete and through knowledge and understanding of EHCNS\’s Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND This role will require the selected candidate to undergo a fully enhanced DBS check and outstanding references that align with the key responsibilities and skill set for this position.
