We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to support our students to access high quality on-the-job training and industry placements. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally. You will engage with employers to seek out new opportunities for students to develop their skills and knowledge, that will increase their readiness for work and give them a competitive edge in applying for their first-choice jobs and university courses. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a customer service focused approach to support both students and employers. You will have excellent organisation and planning skills, and the ability to work to deadlines. You will identify and prepare students for their work placements and job opportunities such as: employer expectations, targets and joining instructions. You will also work closely with the student and the employer to gain feedback on their experience. You will be required to attend College Introductory Meetings, open days, employability fairs and marketing events on a regular basis.
