Join our team as a QHSE Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. You\’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures, conducting audits and investigations, and providing training and guidance to staff. If you have a strong understanding of QHSE principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, this could be the perfect role for you!
This is a full-time role based in our Blackburn office, Aberdeen. The role will be responsible for ensuring that industry-leading standards for quality, health, safety, work environment, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved across all our UK product lines. You will be required to go offshore when needed, so minimum offshore training certification is required. You will also serve as the focal point for attendance at industry forums and client meetings/events.
Education
- Safety & Health – Nebosh Diploma or equivalent.
- Environmental – Associate membership of IEMA.
- Minimum Offshore Certification.
- Preferred – Degree qualified.
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Minimum 10 years QHSE experience.
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience.
