Were looking for a proactive and detail-focused Project Officer to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. In this key role, youll help coordinate and support the delivery of complex projects, working closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure timelines are met and outcomes are achieved. As a key contributor to ambitious initiatives such as Bus Rapid Transit and bus interchange schemes, you will play a vital role in supporting stakeholder communications and managing critical project activities. This includes overseeing reporting on scope, cost, time, and quality to help minimise risk and ensure successful project delivery. What you will be doing Support completion of the project management plan for each project Support the coordination of critical project activities, cost, time, and quality utilising project management resources Support stakeholder communications at project level, ensure projects are progressing and deliverables are achieved in a compliant manner Work with colleagues across portfolio and technical services to assist completion of deliverables for commercial, procurement and enabling services Support project level governance and reporting requirements Support the production of project level reporting ensuring accuracy of information and transparency of status/performance Ensure timely coordination of project activities Whats essential Experience supporting and coordinating the work of multi-disciplinary project teams Experience supporting the management of project controls, governance, and reporting (cost, time, quality). Experience supporting project teams with completion of project deliverables in line with governance and approval methods. Good numeracy skills and understanding of project management methods and controls (cost, time, quality) Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and partners Good organisational, written, and verbal skills. Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating agility, drive, and solution focused attitude. Location.
