Highlights of this Role: Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and deliver exceptional courses tailored to the needs of our diverse student community. Leverage your expertise to oversee the learning, progress, and conduct of students on designated courses, ensuring their academic success. Contribute to the strategic direction of the Directorate, driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices. Preferred Requirements: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team, including performance development reviews, observations, and budget control. Possess excellent teaching abilities, with the capacity to teach between (Apply online only) hours per annum, including occasional cover for cancelled classes. Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to teach at other campuses as required and deputizing for the Group Curriculum Director as necessary.
