A unique opportunity has arisen for an assistant site manager to join a luxury low volume developer in Wiltshire. You will act as bank staff to cover for holiday, sickness and busy time periods across 4-6 sites within the county.
You will need to be an adaptable individual who is happy to work short term on different sites. A flexible and can do attitude is require for this role, along with a proven background in traditional new build housing. Good IT skills and understanding of build regs and warranty standards. You will have a high attention to detail and be passionate about handing over an exceptional product.
As detailed this is a floating role across multiple sites, travel will be require and a vehicle provided. This is a permanent full time role.
