This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology manufacturer at their new facility in Bristol as an additional Export Specialist. As Import / Export Specialist you will be responsible for all export documentation and logistics shipments to the NAN, APAC & EU. This will include issuing Letter of Credits template for Exports L/Cs aligned to customer contracts and shipping business targets. You will be expected to input data accurately on the Company ERP systems. You will also review post-export clearance documentation ensuring compliance and good record keeping is maintained. Reviewing customer contracts and purchases orders you will ensure compatibility with delivery terms and shipping requirements. As Import/Export Specialist you will be involved in all areas of Import and Export to ensure manufacturing meets targets, orders are received on time with correct documentation and all customer deliveries are processed correctly to meet delivery times and shipping requirements. Qualifications: Ideally qualified to Degree level in Export, Import or Logistics; or similar qualification. Experience: As an experienced Import/Export Specialist you must have demonstrable experience on UK export documentation and domestic and International shipping. With sound experience working with internal and external stakeholders, you will be familiar with Incoterms 2022, and dealing with export controls goods (ITAR, /EAR, etc) Preference will be given to candidates who also have Export Letters of Credit knowledge (especially to China). Additional Information: Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK. Copies of Passport and Visa will be requested for verification.
