Field Sales Engineer – Swansea **Full UK Driving License Required** CRP Group is working with a leading Hydraulics provider who work on a national basis to serve and support the engineering sector. This role would be suitable for someone with Hydraulic/ Engineeringexperience looking to move away from technician work or for someone keen to make a move into Field based Sales Due to growth and demand, a new position has become available. Field Sales Executives will develop a customer-focused role responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts within a designated region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. You must be able to drive as a key element of the role will be working and visiting client sites throughout Swansea and the surrounding areas. An interest/background in engineering would be ideal but not expected. Liaise closely with the Franchisee(s) on local accounts developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
