Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with senior leaders, Centres of Excellence, and subject matter experts to develop tailored learning strategies that address specific business needs. Using your commercial insight and data analysis skills, you'll identify complex training challenges and deliver effective solutions. Managing projects from start to finish, you'll continuously improve programmes and act as a trouble-shooter for emerging training demands, ensuring the organisation stays ahead.
Building strong relationships with leaders and HR, you'll uncover learning opportunities aligned with strategic goals. You'll lead the design and delivery of scalable, sustainable training initiatives, measuring their impact through data. Managing multiple projects, you'll collaborate with specialist teams to ensure smooth implementation. Additionally, you'll stay updated on industry trends, refine solutions based on feedback, and support talent development activities like apprenticeships and upskilling. Finally, you'll develop engaging communications to promote learning programmes organisation-wide, fostering a culture of growth.
