Residents are looked after by a highly trained team of professionals that provide the luxury service required to match this iconic building. They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Shift Engineer to join the Engineering Team in their five-star deluxe residential property. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Engineering Manager and within the limits of the company policies, procedures and Engineering standard manual, Shift Engineer maintains and operates all the plant, machinery, fixtures, fittings & building fabrics within the building to achieve optimum resident comfort and operational efficiency while maintaining costs to a minimum. Responsibilities: Monitor and follow up on all statutory requirements for the building, ensuring all certificates are up to date and filed within the designated Building Logbooks within the department.
