Project Manager (Delivery)
Role Summary
To be responsible for a wide range and complexity of development schemes from the point they are handed over from the New Business Team (NBT) through to conclusion of the Final Account/End of Defects Liability Period. Of paramount importance is the requirement that all schemes are project managed in such a way as to ensure they are delivered on time, to agreed budget and required design and quality standards.
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: 45,000 – 50,000
Hours of work: 35
Contract: Permanent
Probation Period: 6 Months
Notice Period: 1 Month
