Maintenance Manager
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000
Shift: Monday – Friday
Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Essex

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team of engineers to deliver world-class performance.
Skills required for the Maintenance Manager:
- Proven leadership in a maintenance or engineering management role (ideally in a manufacturing)
- Ability to develop and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and contractor relationships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good understanding of root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience in managing projects and upgrades to plant or equipment
- Skilled in coaching, motivating, and developing a multi-skilled engineering team
