We have an opportunity for a Head of Partnerships – MGA & Schemes to join our great Partnerships team on a hybrid basis.
The following locations would also be considered as well as London – Birmingham, Bristol, Horsham, Maidstone, Peterborough, Chelmsford.
Your Role
The purpose of this role is to drive the delivery of our proposition to our delegated authority partners and to ensure that our partners are exercising the authority we delegate to them responsibly and effectively, in order to deliver our vision and strategy.
You will lead a team to generate profitable growth, maintain retention of partners and deliver an excellent NPS. You will do this by helping them to win new delegated authority partnerships and secure growth within existing partnerships.
You will set and track delivery of partner income targets and play a leading role in achieving our profitability objectives. Your role will be responsible for, setting the strategy for our partners, ensuring the financials are achieved, making sure that the service is delivered to our partners and manage the operational side of the partnership arrangements.
About You
To be successful in your role you will need to have some, or all of the following; an understanding of running an insurance account,experience of building and leveraging external market partnerships of all shapes and sizes, experience of working at a strategic level with external partners and negotiating commercial agreements and an ability to bring a proposition to life and inspire your team to deliver it.
Knowledge of Specialty Lines business would be beneficial. However, we are prepared to consider someone from a Commercial or Personal Lines background.
You should have experience of working at a strategic level with external partners and have the ability to negotiate effective commercial agreements.
