Health Care Assistant Support Worker in Bristol

We are currently looking for Part-Time Complex Care Support Workers to support a young female in the Bristol area, living in a family home. This is a 2:1 package requiring consistent, person-centred support to ensure safety, promote independence, and provide respite for full-time family carers.

This package involves supporting an individual with complex epilepsy, requiring close supervision, structure, and compassionate care to enable safe community access and daily living.

The applicant must have the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 6 months recent experience in a healthcare or support role within the UK

• Experience working with epilepsy, rescue medication administration, and seizure awareness

• Experience with personal care and supporting individuals with complex health needs

• Ability to follow structured routines (e.g., sequencing of daily tasks and supporting consistent care)

• A valid UK driving licence is required

• Must have the right to work in the UK we do not offer sponsorship

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a 2:1 care team

• Patient, empathetic, and focused on delivering safe, respectful care in a family setting
