Mechanical Engineer in Bracknell

Morson recruitment are currently recruiting for x2 Multi-Skilled Mechanical/Plumber Technicians, to work for a leading maintenance company based in the reading area. You will play a critical role in providing top-quality mechanical and plumbing maintenance services and your main responsibilities will include – installing, maintaining, and repairing various mechanical and plumbing systems within commercial properties. You will need to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC, water supply, drainage, and other related systems.

Main duties:
1. Perform routine inspections and periodic maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
2. Respond to service requests promptly and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical and plumbing systems.
3. Install, repair, and upgrade HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioning units, boilers, chillers, and fan coil units.
4. Conduct tests and assessments of water supply, drainage, and other plumbing systems to identify faults and leaks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a multi-skilled mechanical/plumber technician or a similar position, within a maintance company.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, including HVAC, water supply, drainage, and related components.
3. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical and plumbing systems.
4. Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and materials necessary for maintenance and repairs.

Rate: £25 =£27 PAYE / Umbrella

Duration: 3 months
