Are you a Carpenter seeking your next contract in the Plymouth area?
My client has an immediate opportunity to join their Property Services Team on an initial temporary basis.
The successful applicant will form part of a successful domestic maintenance function, providing a service to customers throughout the area.
Responsibilities:

• Taking measurements and preparation for works to be carried out
• Installing fixtures and fittings such as handles, locks and hinges
• Select and also evaluate materials for potential defects
• Reading and interpreting designs to meet specifications
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other trades
• Assessing and reviewing additional carpentry or joinery refurbishments
• Performing finish carpentry including flooring, skirting, hanging doors and lock changes.

Requirements:
The successful applicant will ideally be City &Guilds or NVQ trained with relevant experience in a domestic maintenance setting.
